Terms of service

Last updated 1 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Taylor.ai (the website and app at taylor.robfan.com) (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Taylor.ai, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Taylor.ai is

Taylor.ai is an AI styling assistant. It gives opinions on clothes you're considering, based on the photos and details you share, and suggests sizes from the size charts you show it. It's currently free while in beta, and features may change.

Advice, not guarantees

Taylor.ai's advice is generated by AI and is a matter of opinion. It judges garments from product photos, not from seeing them on you, and sizing depends on the accuracy of your measurements and of each retailer's size chart, which brands apply differently. Taylor.ai can be wrong. Check fit, returns and exchange policies before you buy. We aren't responsible for purchases you make, or for items that don't fit or suit you.

Your account

  • You must be 16 or older to use Taylor.ai.
  • Give an email address you control; we use it to sign you in.
  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, messages and other content you add. You give us permission to store and process that content, including sending it to our AI and service providers, only to run Taylor.ai for you, as described in our privacy policy. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Screenshots of product listings and saved inspiration for your own styling are fine. Don't upload photos of other people without their permission.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • use Taylor.ai for anything illegal, or to harass or harm anyone;
  • upload sexual content, content involving minors, or anything unrelated to clothing and style;
  • try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its usage limits;
  • use Taylor.ai to build a competing product or dataset.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Third-party services and content

Discover shows photos from Pexels, credited to their photographers. If you connect Pinterest, your use of Pinterest is governed by Pinterest's own terms, and you can disconnect at any time. Links to retailers and other sites are provided as-is; we don't control them.

Our service

Taylor.ai, including its design, code and name, belongs to us. We're improving it all the time, which means features may change or stop, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may end the service; if we do, we'll give you reasonable notice where we can so you can take what you need.

Disclaimers and liability

Taylor.ai is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any purchase decisions made using the service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Taylor.ai after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
